WHAT PURA HAS BUILT

A connected, inspectable workflow

Explore a fictional estate; open a property and its components; review condition; add a proposed work item; and see the investment forecast update. Retrieve linked inspection evidence and export a synthetic work plan.

Understand the estate

Portfolio, Property 360, land interests and component records.

Plan with evidence

Condition, planned maintenance, compliance evidence and programmes.

Prepare the next decision

Investment forecasts, reporting, migration rehearsal and discovery questions.

WHAT WE UNDERSTAND

A portfolio-wide requirement

The buyer need is a Property Asset Management Solution. We have kept that broader need central rather than treating it as a narrow compliance portal.

The engagement includes a Microsoft response form and supplier demonstrations using a Council-provided requirements script.

WHAT IS INFERRED

Useful workflows to test together

Connected property records, condition-led maintenance, evidence traceability and investment planning are hypotheses informed by comparable public-sector procurements. They are not confirmed Shropshire functional requirements.

WHAT WE STILL NEED TO LEARN

The details that determine a credible solution

The Council’s demonstration script, required modules, property hierarchy, Civica version and export rights, data volumes, integrations, identity and permissions, GIS needs, reporting obligations, security expectations and acceptance criteria remain to be confirmed.

The demonstrator maps 21 discovery areas to explicit questions. Its migration screen validates a fictional CSV; it does not claim a working Civica integration.

SYNTHETIC DATA DISCLOSURE

Fictional by design

All 12 properties and land parcels, 36 components, 36 inspection records, documents, costs, programmes and supplier names are invented. None represents Shropshire Council’s estate. Example compliance statuses are workflow illustrations, not legal assurances.

No personal or council data should be entered. Local role controls are demonstration behaviour, not production authentication. There are no live integrations, analytics, external submissions or automatic communications.

COMMERCIAL / ENGAGEMENT NEXT STEP

Take part in the PME, then follow the Council’s script

Pura’s proposed next step is to request access to the Microsoft response form, respond through the published process and explore the proof against the Council’s requirements.

The notice asks for form responses by 30 September 2026 (time not stated) and describes demonstrations on 5–9 October, lasting up to two hours. Participation and the Council’s script must be confirmed through the prescribed route.

No registration, form response, meeting or commercial commitment has been made by this proof.
