Regulatory Case Management and Integrated Document Management Solution

One connected regulatory journey. From the first application to an evidenced, human-reviewed decision.

No sign-in required. Desktop and mobile. All records are fictional.

SYNTHETIC DATA ONLY
Independent Pura proof—not a council service or Barnet-endorsed product. No live council data, integrations, payments or external messages. No regulatory effect.

PUBLISHED REQUIREMENT

The published scope brings regulatory cases, documents, workflows, address information and mobile inspection together.

Official published notice ↗

Historical market engagement; the current procurement position has not been verified. This is not an invitation to bypass procurement.

WHAT PURA HAS DONE

Built a working, synthetic premises journey: application, address match, case record, documents, fee status, inspection, follow-up, checker decision, correspondence preview and operational reporting.

Explore the queues or create a new example and work it through from end to end.

WHAT IS CONFIRMED

The notice establishes the broad integration need. The working proof distinguishes that published scope from the example process shown here.

The council's wider gazetteer ambition is not replaced by this address-matching demonstration.

OUR SUPPORTED INTERPRETATION

A commercial-premises example makes the connections tangible. Personas, stages, forms, fees, deadlines, checklists and decision controls are illustrative—not confirmed Barnet procedures.

WHAT STILL NEEDS CONFIRMING

The first workflow and users; real forms and statutory controls; document retention and migration; gazetteer ownership; APIs and identity; inspection devices and offline needs; accessibility and security assurance; current procurement route and success measures.

The demonstrator includes the full discovery-question register.

A BOUNDED NEXT STEP

Discovery + validated prototype · £8,500 + VAT

A proposed four-week engagement for one workflow: up to three stakeholder workshops, two prototype reviews and a final handover. Outputs include workflow and requirement validation, integration/data/control discovery, prototype refinement, an implementation specification and a delivery roadmap.

Not the price of a complete council system. Production build, migration, integrations, licences, hosting/support and formal bid work are excluded. Scope, availability and the appropriate buying route would be agreed first.
